Mr. Chair, if I can intervene, I would possibly suggest members keep in mind that when the text of a motion refers to 72 hours, maybe it would be a good idea to specify “72 hours whenever possible” because witnesses are not always invited more than 72 hours ahead of time. Also, sometimes it is not feasible for them to provide a full text to us within 72 hours. I want to let the chair know that it would probably be a good thing to keep in mind, however, that it is “whenever feasible and whenever possible”.
