That's why I said that I will come back. I will look at the information and come back to committee with my ruling on it. It's no different than if you raise a question of privilege in the House of Commons. The Speaker often says that he will look at the evidence and what has been presented and come back to the House with a decision, whether it's considered a question of privilege or considered a point of debate—or anything else, for that matter.
