First of all, everyone has to abide by the same rules regarding hail-ins, logbooks and dockside weighing, for example. The same rules must apply to everyone, not just to Quebec commercial pelagic fishers. That way, we can collect reliable data, and the scientists won't be deprived of that invaluable information.
We could work in collaboration with the indigenous communities by following the same rules and providing data to the scientists. We can really help by providing that data.
