Mr. Chairman, Bill C-429 has just completed another step—an important one. Today, we are appearing before you, before your staff and our colleagues from the House of Commons. I am accompanied today by a number of witnesses, including our researcher who is responsible for Bill 429, as well as Mr. Ouellet, the member of Parliament for Brome—Missisquoi and an architect.
