The chair rules in favour of the motion, and the reason is that the speaker always rules in favour of extension of debate, and this is a motion for extension of debate. That may be, however, the last time the chair rules on this matter in favour of the mover.
I therefore interpret the motion as carried, and we will formally ask the House for an extension of debate.
