I assume this refers to the first priority you set out—ensuring a sound management of the disclosure and reprisal regime. Regarding that first priority, you talked about refining and standardizing processes in terms of service standards, and about improving the feedback you receive.
What kind of technology are you using? Is there software that helps you monitor those two aspects—service standards and feedback? Will it change over the next few years?
