The Facebook account is created by the granddaughter on Sunday afternoon and is not used on Monday evening by the grandmother or the grandfather. They don't necessarily know how to use it. The technology that is now available is already sufficient for most of them. Most elderly people do not have a cell phone. When they purchase a phone, they ask for the least complicated one.
