I think maybe a change of direction at the top of Canada Post would be helpful. I think in the past we've been open to working with the management of Canada Post. We ask for consultations on a regular basis, and our collective agreements are full of mandates to consult, but I guess the key words missing from a lot of it are “meaningful” consultation.
