You have a very consultative approach. We have been listening to the labour unions and to management, and there is always tension between them. The union says that when they give ideas, those ideas are not taken into consideration, or when we talk about financial sustainability, there was $2.1 billion in costs because despite there being a reduction in mail delivery, they made it electronic.
