I'm pleased to be here this morning to answer your questions.

I'm pleased to be here to take your questions on behalf of National Defence and the entities we represent in collaboration with our colleagues from Shared Services Canada. We'd like to support them in their endeavours to continuously improve the overall enterprise approach in the IT service delivery, and ultimately to the end user experience of our folks.
