How would your office address an allegation that a supplier falsely declared itself to be indigenous for the purpose of gaining access to the programs encouraging indigenous procurement if ISC is responsible for defining and verifying who qualifies as indigenous for this program?

Yes, it's a similar answer. However, OSIC has no role in that. We cannot play that role. We have no authority to determine if a supplier belongs in the IBD.
