There's clearly a demand on the shipyard's part, in needing qualified employees to build these ships. One of the issues that we hear about all the time with delays is the lack of qualified personnel.

Is the issue then the number of people who want to enter the program or the quality of the people who apply to the program, to not have a class of 200 every year, for example?
