It's coming to grips with the profound change that has happened over the last 20 years in terms of a society that is now functioning in a way that it has never before...faced with food. You can't even go to Home Depot without passing food. It's in your face 24/7, 365 days a year.
We're also in a time where we're sitting in rooms like this. I look at the artwork on the wall and see an era when people actually worked and expended energy.
