With respect to energy drinks, I'm looking at a story out of Washington on November 17, 2010, stating that Senator Charles Schumer says that the Food and Drug Administration is poised to rule that caffeine “is an unsafe food additive to alcoholic beverages”. I'm talking about energy drinks now. He believes that this would effectively ban drinks that combine the two. You represent energy drinks that do this.
