We don't know whether it was the marijuana or the marijuana spiked with methamphetamine or cocaine, or problems like that. We say, “Hey, wait a minute, these kids are getting into big trouble not only from the consumption of marijuana but also from the contaminants of the marijuana”. Then they end up with a criminal record and go down a path that then will make them much more likely to land in jail, less likely to be productive members of society.
