Your bill specifically requires the Minister of Health to develop and implement the palliative care access framework, but the government is now using different language. Language is extremely important. I remember the issues when we were looking at Bill C-14, and the language. There was more “palliative”. It was the same during the election. Now we're hearing different language, and they seem to be referring to it as “home care”.
