Thank you, because it's a very important distinction. It is important to note that in Colorado it's pretty easy to get to 99 plants. It was, by the way; we cleaned up the legislation to 12 plants. It's hard for me to say, but I would say there's a lot less evidence that something like four plants, especially if there are very clear guidelines, there are not ways to co-op those plants together, and law enforcement has very clear guidelines.... I don't have the information to tell you that it would be a problem.
I do have the information to tell you that 99 plants is a huge problem and, especially, that I would look carefully at all the ways in which laws can be mixed and moulded together such that they can both create confusion for law enforcement and give people a larger plant ground-count gross than what you initially wanted.
