I think there are enough differences in the systems and in the activities of the sectors that it would be difficult to coordinate them. The human medical side has standard prescriptions that go to pharmacists, and it has a number of data collection points that are already in place. That's different from how antimicrobials are prescribed, dispensed, distributed, and used in animal health. I don't know if it could be the same system, although there is obviously a need for some parallels.
