I'm going to turn down that request. It's important that we get legislation through. We often have amendments and proposals in committee with no notice. Last week, Mr. Davies proposed a motion with no notice at all, and we had three minutes and 29 seconds to analyze it I think, on the Liberal side I'm going to turn down your request.
