We saw that the minister was advised in a February 10 memo to work with the provinces and advise the provinces on stockpile information only if asked. February 10 was past the date on which, I believe, 16 tonnes of PPE materials were shipped to China.
Could you comment on where there could maybe have been better planning? Maybe the optics of that aren't so good when you're speaking about having the stockpile in better readiness for when the virus eventually did hit Canada.
