How frustrating is it for them not having...? What I've heard is the concern about stops and starts: We're going to have vaccines; we're not going to have vaccines; we're going to have rapid tests; we're not going to have rapid tests.
How much of an impact has that had on the mental health of health care workers, of not having more of a clear path to accessing vaccines and rapid tests?
