For the first round, Conservative Party, Liberal Party, Bloc Québécois;

I'm not going to propose it for this time around because there hasn't been consultation, but given that we're a health committee, there should be a requirement that any conflict of interest be declared beforehand, which I think has become the standard in medicine.

Again, having not consulted anybody on this, I'm not proposing it, but at some point I think we ought to make that a requirement.
