Mr. Chair, I want to ensure that, when we say we are going to proceed with the clause-by-clause consideration, it is a full consideration, not merely consideration of the first, second or third clause. It must be complete clause-by-clause consideration, right up to adoption of the report. I want to be very certain of that.
