Perhaps I can just comment that in the context of affordable housing programs, which the federal government has historically sponsored, it's really important for our client group that the depth of subsidy be sufficient. A program that's really designed to bring rents down to a level that's affordable to middle-income people is not sufficient for people on the low levels of income that our clients experience. Programs that are intended to help people such as our clients should be programs that target or provide subsidies that go deep.
Yes, that's expensive, but if it's going to work and if it's going to be available to the people who need it most, that's what is necessary.
