As for income support, the proposal is that the minimum should be about $15,200 and that the maximum should be the one set by the Employment Insurance Plan. When it comes to the possibility of work, the thinking is clearly that people who would have access to this program would be the people having great difficulty getting other jobs. Therefore, income would be the same as under the former Program for Older Worker Adjustment, the POWA, that you have on the last page of the document. Exactly the same formula would apply.
