Yes, there have been lots of discussions in the 25 in 5 Network.
One of the things I think is interesting that's happened in Ontario, and I'm very excited by it, is the deprivation index that was developed by Daily Bread Food Bank, because that doesn't assume that once people are living at a subsistence level...it assumes there's a basic, decent standard of living. The people are not only not going to food banks for their food, but when they get to the grocery store, they can afford to buy meat and fresh fruit and vegetables.
