My research also shows that mothers tend to be a key element as well--parents basically, but mothers because they tend to be the primary caregivers. Other programs would include prenatal programs, programs that are directed toward women, not only when they are mothers, but even before being mothers. Research has shown there are impacts even when the child is in utero.
