I think it's more taking those who already have an interest in science and engineering, those who are already in those programs, and making sure that, through their education—bachelor's, master's, and Ph.D.—they have exposure to more than academic life. It's making sure that they have exposure to what the business sector needs, such as internships and opportunities for them to get out of their university labs and into a different sector, and that they have mobility working and go from lab to lab learning techniques that are different and applicable to different applications.
Those skills can be learned. We have to do more to realize that those are as important as the science expertise.
