When you're coming in for your landing, I think most people are hoping that the engineer who designed the locking system for the landing gear knew what he or she was doing, as opposed to whether or not he or she wished everybody a happy Easter, or that sort of thing. However, it's been mentioned four or five times now that it's essential that they have the soft skills. That's why my question was posed.
With the interview process, with bringing people up to the next level, is that part of the screening process that you have, or do you just sit down and encourage these people to try to become more rounded individuals?
