I wouldn't be able to point to a study or research that would validate that. We do see that employers prefer to hire a new apprentice when they have had some kind of pre-employment or pre-apprenticeship program. There is some degree of understanding that the apprentice has already made a commitment to that trade.
The other point is around essential skills. We see that some of those pre-employment programs deal with some essential skills issues that improve their chances of success, especially in the technical training portion where there are assignments and tests that they have to go undergo.
