I wanted a clarification because it didn't appear to me, unless I've missed government amendment 2 in repealing subsection 29(1), I'm wondering how that completely eliminates the amendment I'm proposing at subsection 29(2).

It's not the same language, so I wondered how in passing government amendment 2....
