The other thing we're hearing a lot about today is the responsibility of both levels of government to change the mindset of Canadians. Actually, I've been hearing about this for decades. My experience, while I was in the classroom and as a counsellor in a high school was that it wasn't that the mindset had to be changed from the academic trajectory; it's just that we had to open more doors and create more opportunities. Do you think there is a real problem with people looking at the trades? Do you think there is a kind of a negative mindset against the trades still?
The second question, because we're short of time, is this. When we had Matthew Mendelsohn here before us, he actually said access to EI should be eliminated as a precondition for LMDA access and that all federal funding streams should be collapsed into a single transfer. Is this something the department has looked at?
