We don't have a formal structure for this kind of thing, but what I'm thinking is a few minutes for each side. I will say to the committee that once the bells begin to ring, I'm going to have to ask for permission to go in camera to do our committee business. We do have a few things that are somewhat critical to keep on track with, such as reports and budgets. Can we agree that if we get to bells, it's something we can continue with?
