We have a program called the career focus program that specifically targets youth who have a post-secondary education and who are having a hard time getting into the labour market, even with a good academic degree. Sometimes the soft skills or the work experience is missing. That's really an internship program that matches the individuals with the right job to anchor them in the labour market.
