I'm just going to open by saying thanks a lot.

We spent the morning listening to a lot of facts and statistics, and seeing how things look on paper. The reason I am really grateful to be here—nervous as hell but really grateful—is that I want to be able to provide you with a sense of how it actually feels, what it actually looks like, and how things actually play out, because I think a lot of that tends to be put into a nice report, and we lose the human side of things.
