In your view, when we discuss preventive withdrawal for pregnant workers, are we talking about working conditions or is it more about the pregnancy itself? For pregnant women who cannot remain in their positions because of dangerous working conditions, do you think that Quebec's For a safe maternity experience program is an example we can use? Should we allow or encourage that model in other provinces rather than working with the employment insurance program?
