One of the ways we estimate demand is by first looking at.... One thing we were able to do was look at the Quebec model to get a sense of what it looks like when every family that would like access to a space has access to a space. Based on the experience that we've been able to gather from Quebec, it looks as though about 59% of the children in the province have access to a space. We can use the space availability that exists at the provincial or territorial level to estimate what might be left over at the end.
