I think it was MP Ferreri who talked about rural versus urban. There have been some members who have said that the initiative, the Canada-wide early learning and child care agreement, will result in rural Canadians subsidizing those in urban areas. We've heard that. It was the member for Kelowna—Lake Country who said that the Government of Canada has opened the door to a two-tiered framework of child care.
