Yes, we talk about these things, and those discussions are ongoing. Obviously, we have to find ways to make sure that we ease the burden for people who come here. You're right, they come into a strange country and very often with pretty limited resources, so I understand that, and I think we have to find ways to make it easier for people. I think that's part, again, of a larger discussion that we may have to have about overall reform. There's no question that one of the best ways to help people is to make sure you don't, in effect, tax them to death the moment they step onto the shores of this country, when they have so many needs and not many resources.
