Mr. Chair, just as a matter or order, there were obviously some procedural motions that went into play in the first meeting that dealt with regular committee business in terms of, for instance, the rotation of questions, who's on the steering committee, and so on. In light of the fact that the committee is reconstituted, do we not need to go through those similar types of motions? I had some motions that I wanted to present in that regard. It seems that the committee is reconstituted and is starting afresh. If that's the case, then we would need to redo some of the procedural motions.
