What I'm trying to get at is that I'm not sure the temporary worker program is what we need. I know it's not fair to people who come here for eight out of 12 months every year and leave their families and have to return to their own countries. I think what we're all working toward is a temporary worker program as a type of probationary period, a channel opening another door for immigration.
