Ostensibly what we're trying to accomplish here is.... We're not in disagreement. The concern is that Ms. Chow's amendment, even with her changes, is too broad. The way we've put this subamendment forward allows for more certainty and more of a definition around what her intentions are. We don't disagree with them.
