The documentation may include letters from lawyers,doctors or family members, pieces of identification, documents verifying their studies and employment, in order to show that what they are saying is true. It is simply impossible to do all that within 15 days, if only because of the time it takes to mail the documents from the country of origin to Canada. On its own, this factor is a major obstacle to mounting a case effectively in terms of documentation.
