This function that's being carried out through the IRCC, do you foresee this continuing there, or is this something that Global Affairs Canada should be doing on a regular basis as part of our embassies and our missions abroad, just continually, as regular practice, to manage and monitor migration trends and potential pitfalls for Canada?
