I think if legislators feel that all political levers have been expended, then you need to look at other tools to get a government to adhere to international standards. I'm not a big advocate of that type of tool, but if we feel that we've expended all other avenues, then that should be done.
Just very quickly, I'm sorry I forgot to mention this. The other big role Canada has played, of course, is in election observation missions. It's very important that we continue to have the resources and make our people available to monitor the conduct of elections throughout Ukraine.
