The Kurdish government, of course, didn't want to support ethnic cleansing by Daesh, so it was in their interest that we clearly restricted the number, that we restricted it to emergency cases, and that we remain as partners to help them now in dealing with the huge influx of refugees, of IDPs. That was part of the agreement. We said we were concentrating on 1,000 emergency cases, and they agreed to that. They wouldn't have agreed if we had taken 100,000, I think.
