As Jolayne alluded to, for anything that adds an extra step—an extra “i” that needs to be dotted or a “t” that needs to be crossed or delays—at this time, it's burdensome to employers. I don't know what the answer is to fix that, unless you get the processing time in terms of advance notice of language or what have you.... There's really no easy fix to it, I would say.
