Basically what I'm looking for in terms of the ombudsman is that there's an exchange of grievances. For example, if I'm facing an incompetent case officer, I should have a way to complain to get this message across. Having just a report is really a passive way of doing this. It's not proactive. It would probably happen once a year, and we're talking about hundreds of thousands of cases of people who may be facing racism or incompetent case officers refusing applications left and right.
