We talked with many different people from diverse sectors of our society, trying to get their opinions and views, but I assure you, if COVID were not there, we'd have more of a robust process. Our style, I'm sure like yours.... I like to be with the people. I like to be there as a leader. I like to talk to them, see their faces and see their body language, but I can't do that, of course, as we can't here in the Zoom world that we're in, but yes, there was good consultation.
