I know that we've heard some great testimony that will lead to what I hope to be some great recommendations, which we'll submit to Parliament and that it will have to respond to as well, one of which is to remind them that we made this recommendation about monetization. I want to end our evening on a positive note by asking David Paul to share with us. I was taken aback by how much success you have in Tobique with the businesses that you say have been able to emerge. I wonder if you can share some of those success stories of some of those businesses because of the efforts that have been made.
